Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. One year later at 17 She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel quit the stage after six years to complete college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. The year 2009 saw four brand new fitness titles were added to her list. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken the time off for six years from competing after earning her pro card to finish her college education. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the show, she finished in third place. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she qualified for Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in she was thrilled with her result. There is no doubt that Ariel did well given that she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel is a fan of working her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using the machine and bent-over rows. The warm-up is done prior to working on the sets. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. One way to achieve this is to superset her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
